The Cakra/Chakra System : A Multicultural Approach
If you aren’t able to make it to a Goddess Gathering, or Cultural Immersion that you were interested in, you can still get the curriculum we worked on! Although you won’t be practicing with us in person, there are still some of the exercises to work on as well, including pranayama breathing, psychology, anatomy & physiology, a more extensive look at bandhas, and lot’s more!
If you would like to join us for one of the Gatherings we would love to have you! Cost depends on the type of retreat but they range from about $99-$300 for the weekend. The curriculum is released the day of the actual retreat.
